Permits are Necessary for the Following:
Any structures, garages, decks, porch demolition, swimming pools, hot tubs, accessory buildings, mobile homes, modular homes, septic systems, antenna/satellite dish, and any enlargement, alteration, renovation or reconstruction.

Please note that no building permit can be issued without workers compensation and disability benefits forms being filed as part of a completed building permit application.
