SCRIBA HISTORIAN MISSION STATEMENT

The Town of Scriba Historian and the Betty L Delisle genealogical library exist to document the Town of Scriba and to serve the present and future research and educational needs of the town’s citizens. The role of this office is to preserve the historical records of the Town of Scriba and to enable these records to be used for historical and other research.
