Dear Scriba Residents,
In an effort to make my office available in the evening hours, The Town Board has changed the office hours of the Town Clerk/Tax Collector.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-4:30pm
Tuesday: 11am-6:30pm

New Dog License: Please click on the lower, left brown box for a dog license form for a new dog. Print, complete and mail to our office with appropriate payment.
Renewal Dog License: Please mail us your appropriate payment with the renewal notice you received in the mail. Please be sure to enclose your updated rabies certificate if the previous vaccination has expired. You may use the red link below to pay for your renewal online if your rabies vaccination is up to date.
